Dance should always be a safe space for kids to learn and to have fun. All of the classes at Move & Groove Watertown require masks, and social distancing is encouraged. Safety for our dancers and staff is important to us, so we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Additionally, all of our staff members have undergone background checks to further ensure the safety of our dancers.
Fun for Kids
We don’t host multiple recitals every year with expensive costumes. Our end goal is never competitive dancing. Instead, we give kids a chance to learn dance skills and have fun without pressure. We believe in kindness above all. Our classes are places where every child can feel welcome – no matter their level of dance experience or their background.
Music for Kids
These days, it’s hard to turn on the radio without something inappropriate for the little ones in the back seat. We make sure that each class has a curated playlist that is safe for kids. You can rest easy knowing that our staff ensures that everything your child hears and learns at Move & Groove Watertown is age appropriate.
Watertown is a great place to be, and we are committed to making it even greater! We aim to making dance accessible to all kids. Our nonprofit arm – Dancing Feet – works with several local donors to offer dance class scholarships to low income kids and also brings dance to schools and other community organizations.
